Lasting Lean Programme overview 

Our 6-month Weight Loss Program is designed to transform your habits and mindset for good. With 18 carefully crafted weekly 1-hour online group sessions, we’ll cover every aspect of weight loss.

Programme Structure:

  • Session Frequency: 1 session per week (60 minutes each) with a 1-week break after every 4 sessions.

  • Emotional & Behavioral Support: Address emotional eating, stress, and triggers with practical coping strategies and CBT techniques.

  • Ongoing Support: Weekly sessions, breaks for reflection, and tools to track progress, ensuring continuous motivation.

  • Graduation & Next Steps: Celebrate your progress, set an action plan for future success, and stay connected for long-term results.​
